    A lot of people do but he's more a part of the newer class of ATL rappers a la Lil baby, 21, and Thug

    Also -- many people associate him with NYC because of Magnolia and his connection with Rocky

    JD really put Atlanta on his back, but I think people credited him more as R&B producer, because of his mega hits and classics in that lane.

    At the same time, nigga had given us Bow Wow, Brat, and Kriss Kross, it’s hard to deny his impact on Hip-Hop.
