I mean... they are kids, and while they definitely do know better, they don’t have the same life experiences to put the consequences of their actions into context.

They’re about to learn real fast.

Give it a year or two and they will go back to their normal lives.

Kicked out of school, publicly humiliated and set back in their lives for awhile seems like a pretty fair punishment for being ignorant.

It’s not like they held anything of importance, they are still high schoolers. Unless there’s a specific group of people who actually follow up on racists and keep track of what they do and send their s*** to potential employers and colleges this will die down in a year or two. They can also always find a different school.

That’s the type of valley girl that goes on protest marches to just fit in but deep inside she’s a really hateful person. As for the redneck, he’s one of those masculine discreet guys on Grindr that says no to fem, no to blacks, and no to Asians. OJ needs to up his game.
