yea if you read the description on the website it makes it sound like this whole lollapolozza "festival" is just airing footage of previous concerts. you can sorta tell because the lineup differentiates for artists that are doing a live performance. but maybe im wrong we'll see. people on the Tyler subreddit have said that they will just be airing a previous performance.
