I think people using this moment to tear him down is kinda nasty, especially if the whole D'Angleo thing started it.

U think u can take tyler in a fight?
him and reign were cute

Especially when the content of tearing him down is just old lyrics.
That being said his new fans are worse than his old ones.
His old fans were edgy white kids if they listened to rap it was Tyler Kanye and Eminem they didn’t have opinions they didn’t try to be an authority on rap.
Now it’s the weird tumblr white mfs and black niggas who grew up around them who don’t understand the culture but actively try to have a voice on it

You mean those niggas that kept s***ting on Lil Wayne?
THOSE fans?

mfs just bored
There's also the issue of some of his humour at the expense of black people looks worse given the mostly non black fanbase
Sort of like Chappelle's thoughts that led to him leaving his show
Niggas making fun of Niggas in front of other niggas is just jokes
But doing it mostly in front of a 'white' fanbase will lead to those fans having even more negative thoughts surrounding blackness
Young Nigga Come Thru Lookin Clean
This reminds of part of what was so damaging about King Bach humour
Regardless of how long ago it was, Tyler does have a lot he needs to answer for:
https://twitter.com/zayallcaps/status/1979245659443417412I wonder what happened to Lucas Vercetti, heard he runs the Supreme store in LA now lol
Tyler albums only sell as crazy as they do from vinyls white kids without record players put on their wall to convince other people they’re different
💯
Tyler has shouted KTT before, plus he used to be active on HB, NikeTalk and Strictly Supreme. So that isn't really a surprise, still hilarious though.
he might lurk here

Yeah he's been managing that store for the last 10 years. You can walk in and tell that nigga to grab you a shirt lmfao
they didn’t have opinions they didn’t try to be an authority on rap.

I ain’t care about that them niggas wasn’t actually in hip hop spaces with that lame ass s***

He recently interviewed Tyler when he did his Supreme photo tee.
Personally i feel at this stage Tyler dont have a specific type of fan but a broad mix... some who been with him for a long time some who havent
he might lurk here
After his questionable verse on weeknd album (we don’t need the gov telling us we can kiss or something) went over everyone’s head except for someone on here, they made a thread and he started tweeting about it within hours
not my point, you can rate an album low idrc, but it is concerning when tyler creates by far his most personal album to date and the content just isn’t engaged with and disregarded . this happens a lot in the past 10+ years in rap/hip hop
Tyler's writing and maturity level throughout Chroma didn't really give us reason to give added weight to this more personal subject matter
He wrote about those topics like he's still immature unfortunately
St Chroma, Take Your Mask Off & I Hope Find Your Way Home are probably my top 3 on there, I think the whole Chromakopia aesthetic not really mattering was also part of what made it a let down
