As I listen, my one concern about this album is that it can sound too artsy sometimes, but I get that's the style T's going for with the album art and everything. It just throws me off when elevator music is playing in the background of a hard bass

DJ Drama adds that je ne sais quoi, something very few will understand...

If dj drops were that special rappers wouldn't had started releasing nodj tapes 2 weeks after releasing mixtapes in the 2010s lmao

Hearing DJ Drama hosting this album is wild bro

I love it dude, someone said that it reminded them of the Dedication tapes. I instantly thought of the Meek tapes.

This basically got the aesthetic and rapping of a mixtape, with the polish of an album. More rappers gotta use this as an example imo. This easily my AOTY

It seems like he recorded it very raw on a mic with no pop filter, idk if it’s the mix as much as the recording, I kinda thought it added to the intimate feel of the song tho. I noticed all the pops when he says P sounds but didn’t really notice the channel thing

Yea but what's artsy about them

Every beat has some form of an orchestral instrument and a synth that is familiar to the flower boy synths
