how do you feel about the album ?

so i think the album is him seein a chick and her dude and sayin that he better than him cause of all his accolades and money n s*** so he tries shooting his shot and even got close to her but she still wont claim him as her main dude. basically he was a side nigga but was takin trips with her n s*** across the world and along the way fell in love with her

and if her and her main dude dont work out, she always got tyler to call if she ever gets "lost".

basically he tryna stunt his way into some p**** but actually stunted his way into a relationship

probably on one of the last few tyler albums but it was just the synth instrument itself

this pierre beat is obviously better but wheezy and jetson arent bad either. that was the point i was tryna make

The plosives are being used almost as a little extra sonic flavor sprinkled on top, the low end in the plosives have been removed but the transients are still there which gives it a raw and personal feel

It’s a medium used for self expression no different than painting. It’s like using a grainy filter in a film (like what was used in a quiet place 2 for example) they could’ve definitely made it sound crystal clear if they wanted but what fun would that be

i feel like people keep neglecting certain aspects of the story when they say their take on it. they either neglect the fact that he mentions he’s friends (not close) with her dude. or they neglect the fact that he’s even talking about a girl and think he’s talking about a guy again. or they neglect the fact that he says he’s bisexual on the album and say wtf he’s straight ???
