yeah i kinda forgot how polarizing tyler can be but tbh i kinda like that, it's interesting to see how different people's opinions still are about everything from Cherry Bomb to the vocals on Igor

Heard him say he hops on Youtube and just spends hours everyday playing random music Kevin Parker mentioned it too, how he respects that dedication and would like to do the same thing. Foreword and Puppet also have dope samples I never would have known about if it wasn't for Tyler

As someone who has been following him since goblin days, I kinda feel like I know tylers style/direction too well to be excited for this tbh; even hearing that snippet I feel like Tyler has musically settled abit and I know what to expect.

Wolf to cherry bomb was by far the biggest and most drastic jump from him in terms of musical/production quality whereas flower boy/igor has been more about refinements for a wider audience.

I expect either more jazz rap with a focus on rapping (he wants a classic rap album) or more jazz-soul type stuff with abrasive punk energy/attitude. These are the styles he likes most so I don’t expect him to make any drastic changes to that but I hope I’m wrong.
