don't tap the glass was a bad way to break it too, and idk why no one ever brings up him dropping that s*** like a week after clipse. i always thought that was strange since he obviously knew when they were dropping and according to him he made most of that album within a year touring. like damn you couldn't give them a month or two to shine
He broke it with Chomakopia by taking 3 years instead of 2
I thought we were getting something insane when he took extra time but it was just another album
I casually like Tyler this post success era. I think my issue is that I don't know who his music is for. I've never saw Tyler as a bragging type of rapper. His new song is cool, but he's not creative with writing about how he's trying to make money. There's nothing interesting about his success raps unlike Drake with a story surrounding his career.

lol Tyler tells you his story in plenty of times in every album, idk what ya’ll be hearing. his music is speaks to a lot of young black males either his age or younger since you know…he is one

Idk. Maybe it's just this meme when it comes to late stage success raps for Drake vs Tyler. I prefer Tyler as the underdog and up until Igor. I know he has stories, I've been listening since Goblin era. Maybe I've just don't like his sound anymore

maybe that’s just you. Tyler transitioning to what he’s been doing since Call Me is exactly what I’ve wished for as a long time fan. It’s the most creative take on bragging about your success in recent times. Not many artists have songs like Lemonhead, Massa, Rise, Dogtooth, Sorry Not Sorry, Rah Tah Tah, Balloon, Stop Playing With Me, etc.
I just don’t understand how niggas can hear the range in just those few songs and feel compelled to bring up Drake in comparison. they operate in two entirely different lanes of rap sounds, with Drake leaning towards more towards trap
He was talking about that video of him walking out at the pop out to wusyaname
Had no idea this was even a thing honestly so that’s on me

No worries fam

it sounds like you simply outgrew his music/persona as a whole . it can happen suddenly
