I honestly think it has more gems than it really gets credit for.
Nightmare is top tier emotional songwriting to me.
It’s just that it has his lowest lows ever and a fair bit of stinkers so it usually ends up at the bottom of lists

Songs like Nightmare, Her, and A***og are cool but the production drags them down a lot, imo. It feels really stupid to say that they sound like songs made by a kid experimenting in FL studio, cause that's pretty much what the album is, lol, but yeah. I see what he was going for, but the sounds he chose don't fit together well. I can see the appeal of it, but for me at least it's why I have a hard time going back to it.

And I said I don’t listen to “a lot” of his music in the fall and winter months

Flower Boy (the album i’d recommend to anyone looking to get into tyler)
IGOR (his best songs are on this album imo)
Call Me If You Get Lost (could swap w cherry bomb, his best rapping)
Cherry Bomb (his best production ever no lie)
Wolf (honestly a lil overrated even tho its a personal classic, but wolf fans are the most annoying tyler fans. Started listening to him 2013 which isnt even early but act so entitled to s*** on fans who discovered him later, also cringiest era of fans style wise. Bunch of posers have this album as his best)
B****** (honestly classic to me, I can still listen to this album front to back)
Goblin (not as bad as it gets made out to be and has some great songs just isn’t as good as any of his other albums)

Imo him and kendrick have the best solo discography in rap, slander me now but this will be a common opinion in 5-10 years

I don’t think Andre is unrealistic at all. Almost said Carti since he’s a flog gnaw headliner as well but I can’t see his current sound fitting well with Tyler’s. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we get a Kanye feature considering how Tyler’s been commenting on all of Ye’s recent IG posts. Of course I’d love to see Frank and Earl on here too but it seems too fan-ficy to actually happen.

Weirdly this is how I’d rank em too. Maybe with CMIYGL a little higher. Cherry Bomb will forever be my fav Tyler album. Feels like it really set up how he would sound over the next few years and has a lot of different switch ups stylistically/musically.

If sexy red is on this album which is a big possibility I really really hope he molds her contribution into his sound and not vice versa and I’m confident he would do that. Only time a song sounded more comfortable for the feature than tyler was Lemonhead imo
