I think I just realized how good it was last year.
I’ve always loved it but over the last year its become probably a top 10 album for me
Is it his best to you?

!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N22LG24eA48damn there is so much more to this song than the video version
It’s highkey hard to even get through that album lot of content is juvenile
I fully agree there’s some pretty bad tracks on that album but man the highlights are so nice, could honestly just be nostalgia talking though. I found Tyler when he was in his B****** era so I basically went through my teen years growing with his music lmao
Flowerboy actually ended up being my favorite album of his after it dropped but again I just stopped listening it, I still bump some of WOLF. Definitely gotta jump back in and hopefully it’ll recapture that magic I felt in the early days of its release

Yea. Domo23, Tamale, and Pigs aged like milk
Pigs was always a hit or miss one for me
I’ve enjoyed it but only when I was in the right mood

Best moment on the album is 2Seater after the first verse
Those little "Woo"s throughout the song
Then you find out Tyler made the song about a barely legal Bella Hadid

Tyler is one of the only dudes who still grabs everyones attention when he drops

Kinda disappointed that the album cover has the green text felt like it was more iconic without text tbh lol
Don’t get me wrong I love wolf
Songs like Cowboy, Awkward, Bimmer just will forever feel like youth, summer, and it was the start of Tyler making music thats truly beautiful thats why when he dropped the instrumentals it had me in a chokehold. Also dont get me started on how much color the aesthetic and world has and how good the music videos are
But Flower Boy is perfect man, he mastered song writing and song structure, drops nothing but great verses full of personality and introspection, and the production is deceivingly subtle bc there are so many crazy details within it. He needs to drop them instrumentals on the 10 year anniversary so niggas can really see wassup

When you come at my house, please be respectful. Because I don’t like talking too much. Talking too much breeds gossip.
Is it his best to you?
Easily
Cmiygl has better rapping, igor has higher highs, cb has better production
But no album can better explain why Tyler is a great album than Flower Boy. It’s his essential album, its the right answer for his best album. It has everything a Tyler album would need good lyricism, good song writing, colorful sound, world building etc. its an efficient beast, its very sure of itself, its the greatest hits
