Feels like the reception to this album is going to be more Cherry Bomb than Flowerboy
More divisive than praise from everyone

Both singles aren't good songs. People gonna automatically gas them up because it's Tyler but we'll see how people really feel about the album when the numbers come in.
I respect the left turn. He could've just made another Earfquake but he's choosing this. I don't really love the songs but we'll see how they sound in the full package
The first one ratioing the original tweet is crazy, but I don't honestly disagree, I like a lot of Tyler's stuff and was excited for this but these tracks don't inspire any emotion in me really, I think an artist should follow their own interests but they feel like they were made for Tyler and Tyler alone imo

what tyler is doing is like 2% of the treatment he SHOULD be getting, honestly! ian and the likes should not feel this comfortable call me an extremist idc! black people the music industry get S*** on in Nashville if they even try to attempt country, still, in 2024 (beyoncé aside) but for the most part hip hop welcomes guests with open arms and cries wolf when they switch up like Post Malone and s*** on the genre. f*** them!
When you realize only your opinion actually matters and your taste is ultimate >>>

Tyler a conceptual artist. This album and his music in general aint for everyone. Especially if you havent watched the evolution of Tyler over the years..
With that being said, I will give the album a listen but I dont see myself replaying any of the singles ive heard so far.

The blaccent and the rap music he emulates is too much for me. Regardless of ignorance he should taught about respect
Tamale is a guilty pleasure track, I know folks hate it but I fw it lol

No gatekeepers. Ageism in hip hop ensures that the young eat the old without regard for the two cents that the veterans might have.
