OrangutanI think the short features is the main thing, I guess I wouldāve liked more room for everybody to breathe, especially Wayne. As soon as I get into each verse itās just over lol. Even the Tyler verse after Gloās is way too short. By the time I get to the ābetter find a mopā part Iām just kind of left wanting more of that first part. I like Tylerās verse in the last minute or so of the song but the transition to it feels way too early. All of this combined just makes for a confusing and disjointed song that I canāt get into like I want to. Maybe Iāll come around on it but itās not doing it for me as is
not a huge fan of the fake horns either|valid, the song takes awhile to build up and then switches to second half pretty early. an outlier in an album full of songs that take their time and jam out plenty in each section
about the horns idk i feel like throughout his whole discog he's leaned heavy on those midi instruments. wasnt jarring, its been part of his palette for a minute
