    Which seems to be the case because they gave one of the girls second degree murder. Definitely a bit much because I don't even believe murder was on either of these girls' minds, which I believe is the reason why they got put in juvie and are in a program that determines whether or not they will be tried as adults for the murder once their time ends. I believe they both gotta be in the program til they're 21, which is probably more than enough time for them to realize the ramifications of their actions.

    People wanting to throw them in jail for like 25+ years definitely doing way too much. Honestly I'm more interested in why they did it. It's just strange for a 13 year old and 15 year old to randomly decide to carjack somebody in broad daylight out in the open, and the way they did it shows they probably ain't ever did some s*** like that before. I know carjacking is a regular thing in DC, but you don't really see young teenage girls taking part in the s*** unless they were put up to it by somebody else.

    Just gonna call a spade a spade. We only wanna have this 'society' conversation when the person is black.

    I grew up in those same environments and my mom moved us out of it. Still saw other kids, even my own brother doing s*** like this regardless of living in a place with better schools, better environments, more job opportunities, etc. And furthermore, yall forget that people in the hood are just regular people, a lot of them AINT on this type of s*** even if they are in the same place where you see it happen more.
