When you go past the gambler who's begging for credits, give him credits because he wins.

When you go back to him, he will give you credits from here there is a bar right next to you to your left (The one near the stairs). Go to the bar then turn right and go straight until you see open space and jump to your death.

What should happen is you should respawn right next to the gambler, but the dialogue will be available again, just repeat for free credits.
