According to Garry Nolan who is connected to some officials in the aerospace industry, whistleblowers are being gathered right now behind the scenes to testify to Congress next year once the 2023 National Defense Authorization bill passes this week.

It is expected to. It has UAP language in the bill that will provide protection for those whistleblowers that are planning to come forward about legacy UFO crash retrieval programs.

He's just cautioning that the briefings to Congress from the whistleblowers will first be classified and that it is a complicated process. They're not running to 60 minutes on tv right out the gate....

It ’s about a meeting between physicist Dr. Eric Davis and former Admiral Thomas R. Wilson in 2002, who had been head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs back in the ’90s. Admiral Wilson found a buried classified program that was trying to reverse engineer retrieved alien hardware. He legally was authorized to have regulatory authority over it but was denied access. He was pissed but backed off eventually after being threatened for years to leave it alone. He then became the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
