I think i read somewhere that the way these craft function is within a bubble of spacetime, so to whatever is inside the craft they cant feel the crazy speed they are travelling at. Its isolated from the environment and this isolation might also explain their radar jamming capabilities

i know this is all speculation but if aliens are really out there, despite how bizzare some of the ufo vids are i doubt the government would mention the existence of intelligent extraterrestrials. especially if they were threats. it would cause a lot of panic. what do you guys think

You guys shouldn't focus so much on whether humans could withstand the forces, the tech to remotely control these crafts will be attainable to the creators of the crafts given how advanced the crafts are
