He was the head of the program and half the reason all of this is out there in the public. If anyone is allowed to say some s*** that makes you double take it would be the guy who dealt with the information more than anyone else in the government.
If he's doing a disinformation campaign.... you got me. I mean you got alot more people than me.
He pulled one over on nasa he pulled on over on other governments.
I don't really see how him and the US govt wouldn't get major, major backlash at this point if this is all some braggadocio s*** about new tech.
