LouThe problem with these ufo taskforces is that they need to justify their funding/salaries so it’s in their interest to perpetuate their existence and continue getting paid. they come up with nothing and excuse it by saying they lack proper resources and need more money

It actually isn’t. We already are experimenting with god particles and what not that could facilitate it. Long-range Interstellar travel is more difficult than dimensional travel.
How and why would that other dimension manifest itself ? it literally circles back to extraterrestrial beings, so I don't know how you would try to separate the two theories and put one above the other
