Best thing would be to share the information in the black box with Boeing, Canada and the Ukraine like a normal country would do.
It's not commonplace to send black boxes to the manufacturer, not like Boeing is neutral anyway lol.

The investigation usually takes place in the country where it happened, but Iran has already said that Ukrainians can be present at the investigation, and that it could be sent to other countries, just not the US or Boeing.
