After I arrived, I was ushered into what I thought was the green room. The Event. That was their euphemism for the environmental collapse, social unrest, nuclear explosion, unstoppable virus, or Mr Robot hack that takes everything down.

This single question occupied us for the rest of the hour. They knew armed guards would be required to protect their compounds from the angry mobs. But how would they pay the guards once money was worthless? What would stop the guards from choosing their own leader? The billionaires considered using special combination locks on the food supply that only they knew. Or making guards wear disciplinary collars of some kind in return for their survival. Or maybe building robots to serve as guards and workers – if that technology could be developed in time.

These billionaires you worship are highly informed and preparing for the end of the world within their lifetime. They are not benevolent. They are not our saviors.

I don't know how else to inform everyone in this forum of the fact that we are all doomed but it is a f***ing guarantee. An absolute guarantee certified and sent priority mail from our past. From our inability as a species to limit growth and responsibly live on this planet. Sure a few tribes may scavenge the ruins of society but there will never be a utopia. We will never leave this planet. We are like a virus creating our own immune response. The earth is going to heat up more and more and eventually we will just perish in the sun.

There is no hope. Hold your family, tell your friends you love them, take your dog for a walk, enjoy coffee and d**** and do the best you can to eek out a happy existence while you can.

These are the good old days...and that should sound morbid because it is.

Media tryna turn it into race war to divide/distract us because they know that if we all collectively woke up to the fact that the billionaires and politicians are the real problem, we would hang them all on live national television
