I just realized the only win we as Drake Stans had for the last two years has been the Papiconda leak

  • GodzillaMinusOne

Drake just remained the hits/hook guy his whole career. It’s crazy to look back on tbh. Always thought he would reach that next level. Never the best pure rapper, never had anything to say, never the best albums—just hits and numbers. He’ll be remembered like the MC Hammer or Nelly atp and that’s if he exits gracefully

    For rap fans yes

But I think Drakes influence on Pop music is undeniable
He’ll always be remembered for his run of hits and especially his early works 2011-2018

His longevity on top of rap and pop is unprecedented

If he’s smart, Drake will embrace being an R&B singer and popstar and give us undeniable dance floor / melody driven records with his unique flair and stop trying to act like the battle was stolen from him.

When your back’s against the wall like this, you need to play to your strengths and advantages
