I didn’t cheat the system out of 16k I lost my job and had no job dumbass. They just decided they overpaid me from may - July when I had NO JOB

The 16k is me and my gf combined
Back during Covid unemployment they were giving standard unemployment money + $600 every week. So you were getting around 1k a week.
So yeah… depending how long you were out without a job

The 1% cheated the system out of a lot more during Covid than you so I get it, I should not really call you out for doing it as well. I don’t like it in general, because not everyone gets that help. Just seeing someone bragging about it, didn’t feel right
