you can try packaged stuff as long as there's samples hanging. for heat tech stuff they usually have em in the fitting room for you to try. associates don't really like having to open the package but they'll do it if u really want to try it on

i have the ultra warm down coat from last year and wore it all winter (chicago) kept me really warm with minimal layering. sometimes i be heating up in that mf
