Ah I overlooked the post. I thought in comparison to Supima. I never tried Gildan.
I have 4 U tees I still havent worn since last year (I prefer Polos). Also have 4 of the U pocket oversized long sleeve. Material on those are softer than short sleeve.

Supima is great, it’s just more slim fitting. I have both for different fits

ProdIs it just me or Uniqlo U tees feel like Gildan (in a bad way).. Supima just feels so much better?
I have gildan tees from artist's merch and U tees are nothing like them.

They have the size chart for them on them if you hit the “size chart” on em. But I got a large so believe inseam for those was 10 5/6, being I’m 6’3 they fit me like regular shorts lol which is perfect. Now if you short they gonna look like capris on you lol

Damn I forgot about the Uniqlo chart.
I'm going to visit Uniqlo next week and try them on.

I got many U tees where either the collar was too loose or not tight enough.

I got a XL because I like a little length to my shirts but I’m 6’3, 220 so I’m average size and the white and purple ones fit me fine. The 3 black ones I bought, all fit different even being the same size. So pretty much you got to pray they send you a good one when you order 🤦🏾♂️.

I would say it’s the same thickness like the regular U T-shirt, just with the extra soft airsim material
