I’ve enjoyed every single Star Wars film as much as any other

The only one I can say I didn’t completely enjoy was Solo but I still liked it and was satisfied

Obviously some are better than others but I’m not someone who says “oh TLJ is horrible!!!! Or TROS ruins everything!!!!”

Yes there’s plots and scenes that I think are corny or just flat out bad but I haven’t let that ruin an entire movie like tons of other people do. I don’t let the entire movie be ruined for me cause I don’t like where they took a certain character with his development

Just like with superhero movies.... I don’t go into these movies expecting to have an existential debate because of how thought-provoking and deep a Marvel or Star Wars movie is..... I go into it to see some cool s*** and 99% of the time, these types of movies deliver what I want

Give me any real criticisms of the film quality wise. I'm talking plot, acting, pacing anything. And please don't just say it was "unecessary"

It was just objective based like a video game . Predictable . Acting was good . Nice wrap up for those that wanted it . I give you all that but saying it’s better than most movies last year is wild .

I said "big" movies by that I meant blockbusters and action movies. It's not in my top 5 of 2019 definitely but probably top 10. Its a really creative film storytelling wise that I think would've got a lot of praise if it wasn't connected to a franchise. But you can't pretend like what I said about people just wanting more walt isn't true

“Mother!” Is one of the greatest films of all time (top 100 at least)
