It’s also a perfect film for families (except kids obv) but like I am ready to rewatch it now
Perfect film for families is f***ing hilarious lmao there are multiple lines about eating p**** and a spit scene
Would be a wildly uncomfortable theatrical watch with the fam

Yeah this and Oppenheimer I wanna show the fam but I can’t. The vulgar scenes would just be too awkward

Like theyre not eating p****
Idk, on rewatch I think I saw one, maybe two people who aren't our main characters be attacked once the vamps are invited in. And unless I'm trippin I believe I saw glimpses of at least one person in the background while they're all deciding on what to do. Only thing is I don't think they were shown eating the clove of garlic. Either way, it wasn't a bunch of extras that just spawned out of nowhere. If you rewatch the scene you really only see action with our main characters. The bigger issue if anything is they were way outnumbered but seemed to be putting up a fight lol.
Also paid extra attention to the scene when Smoke and Annie reunite after the discussions it had in here. I think it's kept quite ambiguous exactly what they are to each other up until the point that Smoke asks why her magic didn't save their baby. Before that, I remember him calling her "baby" and "woman" one time each. That could, but doesn't necessarily, imply a sexual and romantic relationship. The conversation was very tense. Annie is talking about Smoke and Stack like some lil bad ass hooligans. She just seems more grown. I don't think you could really know they were old lovers until its said and shown. But that's just my interpretation. I wonder if Ryan would agree/that was his intention.

I used to watching Power with my fam and that show had multiple s***scenes per episode. So ive shared awkward moment with them previously.
They on threads talking bout why Mary and stack cried out when Annie was staked like “it’s cuz they wanted her knowledge of the supernatural”

I paid attention to the garlic part. There was a nigga next to Pearline who ate it, they just didn’t show it.

Yeah I actually thought I did see one nigga I ain't know but yeah it went quickly lol, I think the lack of acknowledgement made people get confused but I didn't find any continuity issues there as far as the amount of people left in the room.
My homegurl lucky sonuvabich got to see this last night and just so happen the actor that played Bo Chow was in attendance.
The audience gave him a standing ovation when his name came up in ending credits
