    Probably just meant as a reminder for himself to add in those james brown samples in those spots. He was sampling him a lot in the mbdtf/wtt era.

    Put some filters and distorted on it and have it lower in the mix it would sound fine. Probably supposed to sound like background vocal chop that ultimately went unused. Glad they didn’t use it tho.
