Yeah we're definitely in for a ride for the next few years. That's just how economy works, you have bull run then decline. we had a great bull run for more than 10 years at this point. But recessions just mean once it's over, the expansion will be more powerful.

Best thing to do rn is to keep investing because everything is on sale and try to budget and be more frugal, and most importantly make sure your job is secure because employment is the most important during recession.

    There will be rebound

aggregate living standards are sliding and only getting worse, fake gdp numbers on cnn don't change what's actually happening to the real economy and the labor which drives it. measures like house price vs median wage etc.

the great scam is that every prediction for the future relies on intense productivity gains via technological advancement that have been seen once in human history (the industrial revolution) - we're at the end of the curve now, it's not coming.

Congrats you have cottoned on to the Ponzi scheme. The term “black swan” has become laughable.

When it all falls apart central bank digital currencies will be hailed as the savior allowing max government intervention, surveillance and manipulation forevermore.

Never forget that cash is an inconvenience to the elites.
