someone has to do these jobs

banking on exploiting the labor of younger people looking for employment so you can justify paying s*** wages isn’t the answer

and this is why I see waves of people in my field flip-flopping companies on a massive scale, leading to companies either failing (leading to near oligopolies happen, currently occuring), or restructuring to the point where theyre no longer a big dog

f***ed up cause it depends on medicaid and is a huge healthcare field that will only get even more massive in the near future, leading to more exploitation of the people were supposed to support as well

Student debt is irrelevant when you picked a good career that’ll pay it back and make you good money for life

You mean if you have a shoe-in job position already stashed & your life is perfect such as no other debts, a car and living near by said shoe-in job

And then hopefully your shoe-in job doesnt have to do eventual job cuts and hopefully you been with the shoe-in job long enough that youre not considered a no brainer no hassle drop

    Yeah

lol not true these days at all man, especially with 8+ years of debt, especially if youre starting post-covid.

ill be making 6 figs after this degree, but will be chained by debt for a looooong time (less I say f*** it and go nonprof like my sis). and I got way less debt than a D

got me thinking I should just keep going though to pause the payments until someone finally does something about this f***in mess

plus these people all openly talk about how s*** the work is these days for those 3 fields. were seeing these people retire early, and whats gonna happen next is loss of workers in the fields

Why do you have so much student debt? I did undergrad and grad school for 20k total. Some of yall be going to expensive schools for no reason

I thought they were some real niggas, I was ready to negotiate.

    This was my thought process:

When I first saw 13, I was like, hell na that’s low as hell. The lowest I’ll go is 21.
So I was like in that case, I’ll tell them 23. But I might as well tell them 25 to give my bottom line some room.

But then I was like, well Google says they paying 20-30 so now I’m in their pay range. So I might as well start at their max, 30.
So I bracketed it off at 31, with my new low being 26 (but my real low is like 24, 25)

So I figured, well if they can afford 31, why did they offer 13 to begin with? If they offer the minimum, I’ll start at the max. So I had to stand on business. Can't let em think you a kid. You gotta at least let them know they offered a grown adult $13

    Bro you gotta trolling LMAO
