Can you guys please change the stupid rule of not being able to bump older threads? It doesn’t work for the TV/Film section where we don’t get updates for like 6 months at a time. Can’t be making 3-4 threads for the same movie or show

Can someone explain wtf is means when you can no longer view a thread you posted in? It's still up because my post keeps getting liked, but when I click the thread it says 'You're not allowed to do that'.
