Insane how? He has already said this was to stop a war and not start it. Has said this multiple times, dont bite off more than you can chew Iran is all he saying.
Yeah but it was heavily instigated by initiating the strike
From what I read, there were many options for action, and killing Solemani was the way far out option
And now throwing out these threats is instigating everything more
I think he’s trying to run the international stage a business, but this is very different
Wait I justt woke up and Iran still ain't do s***?
This is a big nothing. No War, pack it up!
They clearly not in position to start a war, politically and economically

You understand that the shah, who was backed by the UK and the US, was dethroned by these people, right? And that Iranians, from inside and outside the country, supported Soleimani no matter how they viewed the dictatorship?
You can't be more wrong. The Shah was dethroned by a revolution that was initially ignited in universities by the leftist socialist 'Todeis'. A movement was started and down the line hijacked by the Islamist who had the support of the UK and USA. Radio BBC was used as a propaganda tool and advertising platform by the deep estate to bring back the exiled cleric khomeini from France. Religion was a great tool to suppress people no wonder the deep estate used it to gain control in that region at that time, nowadays they use more updates tactics. Anyway,, Khomeini teamed up with the leftists and promised them that after the revolution they will set up a democratic government, all different parties will have seats in the government and he will only be a symbolic figure.
Long story short after the revolution the first order of business was to execute all the leftists and all the Shah supporters. This was famously executed on a roof of a school building by gun squads. Since then iran been run by a supreme leader and a symbolic president. The government has the support of a minority of people maybe 200 thousand out of 80 million. These people are put in high positions, ruling positions and all the government run facilities like public schools, hospitals ... the majority of people are against the religious bullshit, the sharia law and don't support any of the bullshit happening in neighbouring countries orchestrated by likes of Soleimani. So yeah Soleimani has very few supporters, the majority of Iranians people don't f*** with the government and some of the people even fake being supporters just to keep their positions.

No mercy for terrorists you b******s.

I don’t care about the death in itself, I care about the implications from a rash decision lol
From my time being in Iran and my relatives in the diaspora, I can tell you that even people opposing the government condemn the killing of Soleimani, because they are wary of US intervention in the country and its affairs. Look at what Abbas Kirostami said when he was asked about the regime before he died. Despite their opposition, they’d hate to see the us stepping foot in their territory
First off I want to say I am not trying to invalidate your own experiences and conversations, moreso the language being used conversationally on the internet.
Most people may not want direct US intervention of course, but saying people universally "condemn the killing" of Soleimani is just wrong. There are many Iranians are glad he is gone but fear the consequences from the possible escalation. People do not want the US to invade Iran of course, and yes there are some people greatly troubled by this as with any tension-related event, but there are many people who are glad he's gone but dislike the pretense under which it happened. It is the same with many people in Syria right now.
No mercy for terrorists you b******s.
I agree Trump and the previous war criminals that run this country need to be punished for the acts of terror they have brought upon other countries

Not that either lol, I’m just saying there should have been more preparation and talks with our allies. Going into this fairly blindly on basically our own was not a bright idea
