Look healthy and be healthy are different. It's possible to lose weight fast but it's also to rebound fast if you do that. You eventually hit a plateau and your body will want to hold as much fat as possible since your essentially starving yourself. You also lose a lot of muscle mass doing this.
Is it possible to lose it fast and keep it off? Sure but a lot of people who do I fast also get it back as soon as they're not super strict on their diet
