quite the opposite, the younger hip-hop community still loves him. this forum is, weirdly enough, the most negative about kanye on the entire internet (outside of boomer communities where they hate all rap music). i'm not even sure how it happened.

Ye in Japan with his music crew + general teases by his associates about him working on music
Plus last year when he went to Japan he finished up some Donda 2 tracks according to the dates of some leaked finished versions of demos we have. So it's not unusual for him to work on music in Japan.
