Before the tweet in the OP Uzi went on a rant against Rich The Kid on his IG story. It was in response to Rich saying he didn't need 30 songs to go #1 after being clowned for flopping. Uzi surprise dropped the week Rich dropped and easily outsold him, his rant was bragging about that.

Uzi made it clear that the tweet in the OP was about someone he doesn't like as he cleared up speculation that it was about Jack Harlow, whom he said he likes. Uzi has also said that he has no problem with Carti so clearly this tweet isn't about Carti.

The only conclusion is that it is about Rich, with Uzi implying that he will drop an album whenever Rich drops next just to outsell him again.
