Actually the opposite fam.
Everyone hates it in the beginning.
Then they start to show love and appreciate it as time goes on.
I've seen hate for every ye album when it initially drops
since 808s
everyone hated mbdtf?
I am around Black people who still love Kanye, and Black people who love gospel music.
I get it, I was just at a bachelor party this last weekend with a bunch of old kanye stans of all different ethnicities and backgrounds (nobody a specific gospel person though) and the only acknowledgement I heard for JIK was someone laughing at the “Closed on Sunday, Chick-Fil-A” line. Not a lot of people I know really love gospel music like that so that may be it too
If your favorite Kanye album is anything post MBDTF then I feel sorry for your tasteless ass.
Not a single song on EA left a mark but people want to die on this hill
The most memorable thing about EA is that the deluxe version came on doomsday
crazy
And I had over 1k plays on EA and another 1k on the deluxe
Outside of Kanye’s collab albums I’ll take anything uzis put out since 2015 over Kanye solos since MBDTF dropped but I do like donda a lot
Why though
Why does anybody troll on the Internet bro because they think it’s funny
everyone hated mbdtf?
Wasn’t too long ago that Joe Budden was saying MBDTF wasn’t a classic.

Yeezus and TLOP are dope
Wasn’t too long ago that Joe Budden was saying MBDTF wasn’t a classic.
well i mean joe budden gets paid to say controversial s*** but the general consensus is that MBDTF is among his best albums if not his best
As much as I like donda comparing it to the all star game is pretty accurate ngl
Wasn’t too long ago that Joe Budden was saying MBDTF wasn’t a classic.
That doesnt mean everyone hated it
You ye stans man
The DJ Khaled comparison is straight hate.
Dr. Dre is a much better comparison.
That’s not even a fair comparison lol. He’s way more involved than both. Quincy Jones the only real comparison.

There's not a single song touching Saint Pablo in Uzi's catalog and Pablo had 30 Hours, NMPILA... there's way too much people telling on themselves in this thread
Outside of Kanye’s collab albums I’ll take anything uzis put out since 2015 over Kanye solos since MBDTF dropped but I do like donda a lot
On Sight > Uzi's career
That doesnt mean everyone hated it
You ye stans man
Ye stans what? I didn’t say nor imply that everyone hated MBDTF, just highlighting that it was not universally praised or loved, especially among those who are fans of the first 3 albums.
Wasn’t too long ago that Joe Budden was saying MBDTF wasn’t a classic.
Not one person on this planet thinks joe buddens opinion is worth listening to
Not one person on this planet thinks joe buddens opinion is worth listening to
Like a million or so listeners to his podcast a week say otherwise
everyone hated mbdtf?
Alot of people were meh
About it since they had already heard most of the tracks thru good Fridays etc
And massive complaints about the mixing
