Eh for the deck to fully run switch games will prob be another couple years with more cpu improvements on the emulator side.

Xenia just got a huge CPU update and now you can play RDR1 at 30fps the whole game ( at 360p)

Windows only though which is such a bummer

Tempted to buy another 512gb microSD and use it as a Windows boot for Xenia, wonder if Fight Night Champion works

For me most of the good switch games were Wii U already or had very similar counterparts which runs perfectly on Deck

If you're interseted in buying games for cheap, those are mostly shared accounts but you download the game and then go offline and it works great
They sell accounts with new games for 2$-5$

it depends really games 10 years old could go for 4 hours but some newer titles only last 2 minimum maybe more if your lucky

the steam deck is wide as hell forreal tho lol all the heat is generated in the middle & when your handling it you dont feel it

Ngl it’s pretty bad unless you’re playing low performing indie games. You’re lucky to get 2 hours on a current gen game. This is one of my few complaints with the console but it’s somewhat forgivable considering the power we’re getting
