Ngl...I slept on this one but it really does sound like RD/Vol. 1 era Hov.
He knew that he had to deliver something great. Nipsey didn’t have a lot of unreleased music and there’s this sense of heaviness and urgency on the song and Jay nailed it perfectly
Coming from someone who is more of a critic of Jay in recent years, he bodied it.
Pusha T on Nosetalgia
One of the hardest gifs ever and a 10/10 collab
Amazing Pusha verse, argueably Kendrick’s best feature ever and a 11/10 beat.

Yeah.
Jay's flow has been pretty sloppy to me in the past decade tbh.
He snaps here and there but a lot of his raps sound off beat and like a poor attempt at Andre 3000's conversational/spoken word type of flow.
Wayne and Ross on I'm On One
D12 whole discography (excluding Bizarre)
Durk on Every Chance I Get
21 on A Lot
Nas life a b**** verse has always been the best part of the song to me
I switched my motto, instead of saying f*** tomorrow that buck that bought a bottle coulda struck the lotto
Dopest line ever

Bro he deadass in the most boring beef of all time

Guru on Above the Clouds
both guru and deck had amazing verses, can't even decide which i like more tbh
Kanye had the best verse on Mercy
nah 2 chainz verse still unmatched imo
Freeway on “What We Do”…feel like Beanie and Jay get more love but his verse also goes hard. Crazy song. Everyone smoked it.

I second this, freeways verse on "What we do" is one of the most fiery rap displays in history
