What battle's y'all wanna see? Rule changes?
I wanna see Mary J Blige vs Mariah or Mariah vs Janet, Chris Brown vs Trey Songz, Brandy vs Monica (even though Monica declined), TLC vs Destiny's Child or SWV, maybe Nicki vs Drake but it's a obvious W for Drake tho.
If they're up for team Verzuz battles, I'd like a Usher and Beyonce vs Chris Brown and Rihanna. King and Queen of R&B/Pop of the 2000s vs the King and Queen of the 2010s.
There also needs to be a 90 sec time limit for each song.
A limited amount of features. No more than 5 features per artist. For songs where you are the feature play your part in that 90 seconds
2 hour limit for the whole battle. Some of them have been too long.
Maybe devote the last 10 mins of the battle to play a new song or share a snippet of an unreleased new song.
Usher vs Ginuwine
that one's not even close tho. Ginuwine's got 1 or 2 albums of hits while Usher's got 6 or 7
Stevie J vs anybody
I wanna see producers back at it
I wanna see the producers/writers back at it too.
A Missy battle would be great, but she doesn't wanna do one.

All depends on which songs Usher uses, and when he uses them in a limited set. We watched Nelly fumble the W, even after playing Dilemma in its entirety.

No one from his era can compete with Usher. He's got nine #1s.

They debuted around the same time, and Ginuwine may have a couple classics, but he just can't compete. They are in entirely different worlds when it comes to catalog of hits. And what do you mean by when he uses them in a limited set? All participants are free to play any songs from their catalog.

Actually jay and B
I lowkey wanna see Jay and Bey go against Ashanti and Ja Rule but that's kinda not fair lol. They could do some solo material but The Carters are takin that W.

Usher vs Drake would be a really good battle. For a second I thought CB but he'd eat Breezy alive

My man Gin can't even make up the 20 hits for the battle
Usher vs Drake would be a really good battle. For a second I thought CB but he'd eat Breezy alive
Usher vs Drake wouldn't be bad. That's kind of an odd matchup tho lol. Based off of number of hits it's pretty equal, but the musical differences is a little much. What type of song is Usher gonna play against Nonstop? What is Drake gonna play against U Got it Bad? The matchup is weird but # of hits is fair
My man Gin can't even make up the 20 hits for the battle
Gin might be able to battle Tyrese. He's got 18 hits on the R&B charts and 11 on the Hot 100, but that would be a lackluster battle as neither of them don't even have 20 hits that charted. Neither of them had super popular classic albums so deep cuts prolly won't work either
Alicia Keys vs Brandy would be pretty good.
Alicia Keys could also battle Beyonce but their 2010s music is pretty different
Drake vs Wayne
Snoop vs 50
Dre vs Diddy
