My cats are in pretty good shape, all we do is feed them portions of purina one my vet recommended 3 times a day and i play with them prob 4-5 times a day to get them moving

dry food is like the equivalent of rice for cats so they’ll just pressure you for more tasty s*** as long as you give in a lot
