His rapping isn't bad but something is missing to make it more entertaining and memorable.

idk to me its that the people around drake have credibility but i guess i dont know who is around vic
like i really beleive that part of drake's fortune and fame goes to funding criminal activity and he probably gets some benefit from these activities (dirty cash or favours) so he gets a pass for me on the weight talk and the hard s*** because i reckon he probably let himself go a bit in that way
Vic just seems like hes moving alone against the city and he was a drama kid
and im not gonna say its not possible because its not hardto be kinda involved, esp with people you probably wouldnt suspect
but for me its more that hes really trying to come off as violent a lot of the time and i felt like he knew better than that
