We have seen the hive be able to adapt they went from not understanding sarcasm in earlier episodes like grenade . To now using sarcasm saying things like Carol you suck and tortured artist . What made the hive able to accurately flirt with Carol vs the beginning is zoisia becoming more human or is the hive becoming better at deception?

What if, this is a commentary on how the audience will skew their own morals when biases come into play?

I’ll be that guy, idc, this whole discourse would not exist if Carol was a man. It just wouldn’t. Not one person has defended Diabete but yet it’s a crime to hold Carol to the same standards. Since people want this lesbian story, people start bending they opinions/morals to ship these two characters.

I think the fact that a connection between them was established so early in the show hints that they're endgame. I just don't think the path to that end will be smooth and filled with roses and sunshine. I think there's a lot of conflict between them in their future.

I'm also curious to see how many unaffected people will consent to having their stems cells harvested so they can join the hive. I'm guessing that'll start happening in season 2.

You can’t open the door but then pick and choose who the rules apply to.

I mean the plot of show so far mirrors plot of book . But in showing the give her plans for novel it could be just like the former memory of the coffee shop they are adapting her reality to the novel . Because the novel is her happy place where she can now be herself vs the past reality where she couldn’t be herself

Sucks we might not get S2 for another 2-3 years. I wish the creators of these shows would come in with at least 2-3 seasons already written or at least fleshed out so they don't have to take so long to get new episodes ready.

Carol has been very hypocritical, Karen like and mean throughout the show . Yet as a character is worshipped online in the community . Many people get extra defensive at any criticism of her and compare it to hatred of Skylar or say “ breaking bad fans will hate this show because they hate women “ lol . So I think it will address it in a way especially because again the hive in many ways is reenacting her novel just as they learned the benefits of diabatte reenactment of James Bond . They are using tactics that the others request on Carol

The Hive is definitely trying to manipulate Carol, that’s clear as day

I mean her book wycaro . If you look at her board for future book , excerpt of book and what she says in the show there are some hints of future

That’s part of the point though because the inverse is true in the novel . She forces herself to be in the perspective of loving a man for the novel because the world isn’t ready for her to love a woman which beckons back to conversion camp

Oh yeah even if she isn’t freed I think more backstory the better . Again the more disturbing part about overly shipping is that Carol didn’t really ask zoisia anything about herself until after s***and now pretending to be a family . Carol has all the time to ask zoisia whatever and never attempts to ask about the individual

In breaking bad original plans jesse would have died in season 1 so im glad they have a general plan for where the show will go but are willing to adapt if they think of something better during the process.
