also anyone post this yet? love how they're bringing bcs characters back for phone cameos
Damnnnnn
lol the shippers got to you but yes it follows the book plot some
so he definitely brought that guy back for a couple seconds there right we haven't seen any of the hive comeback confused like that except that brief moment with d***ging zosia.. feel like the manousos radio exorcism + the d***ging will be the key. i can see them selectively bringing certain people back & the hive not being able to interfere + having to help facilitate it will be a plot element next season
They knew he was about to try it to . Something Zoisia said helped him see a way to bring them out of it momentarily . I think the shaky phase is when they are most vulnerable to desync. After that they need to eat to strengthen
And I used to hate 24 episodes
hella filler tho
24 was a great show hour each episode . I think longer seasons when done right build more attachment to world . If this was 12-15 episodes or hour each episode I would less care about 2 year waits . When you see the time on the clock and they build up to something we guessed from the first 2 hours it’s like damn . Carol and Zoisa f\*\*\*ing was basically fan service

Hell naw but Carol losing her memory sounds interesting….what would cause that

People think zoisia will lose her memory if turned back . Carol losing her memory would make us replay this entire season until she found her hidden white board

Maybe the satellite shoots a beam through her head
just watched the finale
not bad
just sort of underwhelming, cause I was thinking it'd do something a bit more unexpected. the way people were talking about the finale i was thinking it'd be divisive or shocking or flip the whole show on its head. Instead, it's a BCS sort of finale where it logically sets up the next stage and ends on a big punchline.
The censor revelation. POV shot in the cabin was great. Left Hand of Darkness reference. I'll stick with this one to season 2.

You was expecting Carol to get an expiration date?

Carol should’ve used her left hand instead of—nvm

I mean the ending was more expected plot points handled . Her manusos didn’t go over the white board and he was caught up on everything off screen ( to me the biggest missed moment would have been a great scene )

nah but i knew they'd use the eggs and the time scale is only a "shit just got real" in theory, not something I feel much because a month could feel like a long time in TV time, and they're gonna add more wrinkles. What this finale accomplished was more just like... "Honeymoon's over. We got WAR on the horizon!" Which is cool, just didn't wow me like some other episodes.

Damn each episode gonna be the span of a day huh
Funnily enough for a show where many people have complained about the slow pacing; Carols self-delusion with her relationship with Zosia felt rushed.
Helen is alive in the hive still
So getting rid of the hive would mean helen is gone forever and carol dont want to let go
