Yea the interface can f*** u up. I hate ableton for that reason it st so unintuitive for me and I already have something I know. But give it a chance it can work out. If u start out garage band like I did as a kidit makes more sense. It’s really left to write like reading pick instrument, too to bottom fx channels, right side music and midi or score editing
