On stage last night he said he’s tired of just talking about it and wants to just express it through the music

I’ll have to check out the live show. Saw he tweeted it last night, didn’t know it was a VOD

    Cotton is supercharged

I wasn't feeling this song at all when it was released as a single, but in context of the album it sounds much better.

  • Smacked Voodoo

Two albums in his discog I really do not care for lmao

That’s crazy, it’s opposite for me. Those 2 albums are miles better than everything else. So many reasons why both are peak

  • ImLikeThat

    Both ass

But I rock with When Sparks Fly

Easily his best song post BFT

BFT only had one good song on it, those beats were wack and ghey as hell. And when sparks fly is the worst song on Ramona Park lol. Still would rate the song a 10 but that’s the only skip

  • TV Guide is fire as f***. Really good songwriting

  • Vince has been super underrated in his ability to blend genres thru the course of his career. He is one of those artists thats will absolutely just boldly try something new

Nahhh. Bruhs dad was not a cop lmao I’d say Vince is definitely a portion farther left than Killer Mike

Dude always struck me as more of a contrarian than actually a leftist

Ngl since BFT, his ultimate goal artistically has felt like him trying to make it on Obamas songs of the year list

Summertime 06, FM, Big Fish, Dark Times all clear extremely comfortably.

Nothing inconsistent in what I’m saying. Vince has been mid most of his career. ST and Ramona he caught the right pocket and did no wrong basically. When sparks fly is a great story telling track and did the concept justice but it lacks replay value. Big Fish the only good song on BFT. New album is better than DT

I was walking past an empty park as I was finishing the album and could hear kids giggling, had me befuddled for a brief moment

  • 1996 BRL ✊🏿

    Solid listen
Production felt a bit by the numbers at times
Sometimes he's too laid back/low charisma

  • Go Go Gorilla beat feels like some Tame Impala ish

  • Smacked Voodoo

If you don’t get it you never will. Both those projects are 2 steps above everything you named lyrically and they are well rounded and consistent front to back, all the projects you named are lackluster at best. ST and Ramona has the most quotables and he was rapping like he didn’t want to waste a single line. Both albums are like if j Cole’s feature run earlier this decade was spent on back to back albums

He had the same thing on Dark Times

  • Is this better than the ALC project?
