I love it. Feels like the full transformation from the visceral intense s*** of s06 and hell can wait went to the calm more acessible sound of FM and after so we could arrive here with that violence and intense anger being channeled against the institution more directly while citing punk rather than post punk I like that
dance for me part on cotton is the climax of the album
white flag is the only one that doesn’t move me
really love the sonic palette of this album, neither of them ever really made anything that sounds like it again but it's so good
Yeah songs and vocal presence
Yeah sick of his 9-5 ass delivery on pretty much all of his albums post Big Fish & FM
How are you going to sound monotonous as all hell on a rap-rock style album? This would be a classic if be actually sounded like he wanted to be in the booth when recording it

Same problem with earl sweatshirt
It’s so funny to me when people wanna ding Drake or Future as being low effort. Like atleast they give a s*** about trying new flows and putting more effort into their hooks and beats beyond repetitive ass dogshit like on here
Nah, he not outdoing summertime 06. Especially with anything since
S06 was just alright. Couple cool songs and great production front to back but nothing special

I agree, I really thought he’d jump out the box with this style vocally
