I'm tired of hearing vince on twitch beats, he doesn't sound confident and that's surprising after listening to that whole interview that just came out where he sounds as confident as ever. his direction sounded amazing the leakers freestyle sounded amazing the mv was amazing. take me home is alright I guess, but everything involves this quota filling thing of "ok, tasteful/weird beat, slightly left of center drum sequence, laid back Vince, cool line here and there" and then 30 seconds in you're reminded that the ingredients don't bake themselves. like what's going on?

idek anymore. if the past few years have proved anything its that a good song isn't a collab away. I think all of what we could call "quality-based" hip hop (pardon the elitism) is suffering from dread fatigue and a waning desire to be a part of something they know isn't going to be changing the tides in their direction anymore
