I like this more than FM!, still not better than S06, Hell Can Wait, or BFT
Could honestly do away with those pointless interludes (Track 6 & 9)
^ and this is why you dont wait to write a review as soon as the album ends. :word:
yeah I get that but it's just like generic kenny production
I was really hoping he was gonna do some weird s*** like he did on unlocked
I would’ve liked that too but this is a much more serious and somber album than that. I feel if these songs had wonky dilla style breaks it wouldn’t make it any better or worse
its not bad at all but i went expecting FM! energy and its like the polar opposite
The 2 singles didn't have FM energy though
they always pull out the seasons when they try to justify mid dont ever forget it

You sound upset my man
It's not that serious lol
This IDK project is dope so far tho so
yall should give that a spin
Real. That album was great
I feel like the album will take some digesting before I can give an actual opinion on it.
Vince was talking about a lot of s*** that I need to hear again
Take Me Home sounds like a Dre beat
I first i thought you were tripping, but I listened closer and yeah I could've heard it on Compton tbh
The 2 singles didn't have FM energy though
yea but i didnt listen to either of them lol

just because it's serious and somber doesn't mean it can't have weird or unique production
finishing my third relisten, vince has good flows and bars on this project, but some of his delivery choices and Kenny's bland production (some of the samples and guitars choices were good tho) bring the project down.
none of these beats stound out like the ones S06, Primma Donna and BFT unfortunately
1 7/10

pointless interludes???
its part of the story of the album smh
This is boring on first listen ,lacks the character of his past releases. Kenny came through with the beats though for sure

This is probably more accurate than 2001, I never heard Compton

Real. That album was great
I'm on track 9 rn and half the songs would've been the best on this project

Ngl not missing much.
Album is decent but doesn’t touch 2001 or The Chronic
