henri dacaë is definitely one of my favorite cinematographers (altho he had nothing to do with army of shadows). le samouraï, elevator to the gallows, plein soleil, 400 blows and another bunch of stuff
even les enfants terribles which is one of the bottom melville films has stunning cinematography

those are some great shots you picked. but in general breaking bad doesn't fall under visually stunning tv shows. most scenes are traditionally shot
mr robot, legion, atlanta, the terror, master of none, game of thrones, the crown, 12 monkeys, genius, the end of the f***ing world are some shows i would say that have beautiful cinematography throughout most scenes
