Award Shows really peaked in the 2000s. I feel like in 10-15 years, all these corporations will shut these shows down just to show that the level of care about these shows and it's awards are completely gone nowadays. Especially the more important awards like the Grammies are becoming more of a joke day by day.

Music Industry is completely different from how it was 20-30 years ago. I feel we progressed far than needing these award shows to see our artists or to see if they win.

The internet has allowed everybody to have an opinion on music now and made their voices even stronger than Mainstream Critics withe the huge help of YouTube.

Also Festivals are more important too now with live streaming.

I feel like it's the end days for these, because after this, no more awards
