if it weren't for the fact that many others have already received their stuff and them asking me for information a month later that I provided them when I bought it, I wouldn't really be upset. I have plenty of experience buying merch, I understand delays. This is just incompetence.

Long ship times are fine when they tell you 6-8 weeks or whatever, but when they tell you 1-2 weeks and people itt are waiting a month, that’s unacceptable, especially for 20 dollar shipping

there's not even an option to cancel the order. I would have to dispute it with my bank

Just contacted them every way possible with a strongly worded message. If they don't get back to me by next week I'm disputing it with my bank.
